These terms cover the matchandwed.com website. Each Match & Wed community platform will have its own terms of service, which will govern your use of that platform.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of the website at matchandwed.com. The website is informational: it describes what Match & Wed is building. It does not offer an account, a service or a transaction, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.
Match & Wed community matrimony platforms and the wedding services marketplace are separate products. When you use one of them, that product's own terms of service apply, and they will govern the relationship — not this page.
Using this website
You may read, link to and share these pages. You may not:
- copy substantial parts of the written content and publish them as your own;
- use the Match & Wed name or brand in a way that suggests an association, an endorsement or a partnership that does not exist;
- attempt to disrupt the site, or access any part of the infrastructure behind it that is not published;
- scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other readers.
Ordinary crawling by search engines and by AI assistants is expressly permitted, and the site's robots directives set that out.

The safety guidance and other editorial content is general information. It is written carefully and in good faith, and it is not legal, financial or security advice for your particular situation. Where it points to an official resource — the national cybercrime helpline, for example — the terms and outcomes of that service are theirs, not ours.

The written content, the design and the Match & Wed name and marks belong to the operator of this website. Community platform brand names, where they exist, belong to the arrangement between the operator and that community.

The site is provided as it is. It may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time, and no guarantee is made that it will be continuously available or free of error.
Changes to these terms
These terms will be updated as the site changes, and will be replaced before any Match & Wed product launches. The date at the top of this page always reflects the version in force.
