This policy covers the matchandwed.com website only. It is short because the website does very little: it serves pages and collects nothing.
Scope
This policy applies to the website at matchandwed.com and to nothing else. Match & Wed community matrimony platforms are separate products, and each will publish its own privacy policy covering the personal information it handles. Where those platforms exist, their policy governs your use of them — not this one.
What this website collects
Nothing. Specifically, as of the date above, the website:
- sets no cookies of any kind, including no analytics or advertising cookies;
- runs no analytics and loads no tracking script;
- loads no third-party fonts, embeds, widgets, maps or social buttons;
- has no account, no login and no user-submitted content;
- has no contact form and no other mechanism that would collect what you type;
- stores nothing in your browser — no local storage, no session storage, no service worker.
Every page here is a static file. There is no application server, no database and no profile of you being assembled anywhere.
What the hosting provider processes
The site is served by a hosting provider, and, as with any website, that provider processes the technical information every web request necessarily contains: your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser's user-agent string, and similar network-level detail. This is used to deliver the page, to keep the service available and to protect it from attack and abuse. It is handled under the hosting provider's own terms and retention schedule, and Match & Wed does not extract, analyse or combine it into any record about you.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to external resources — for example the national cybercrime portal on the safety page. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not extend to them.
Children
This website is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
This policy will change when the website does. It will be replaced entirely — not amended — before any Match & Wed product begins handling personal information, because a policy written for a brochure site is not a policy for a matrimony platform and should never be stretched into one.
Contacting us about privacy
Match & Wed has not published a contact channel yet, which the contact page explains. A privacy contact — and, where the law requires one, a named grievance officer — will be published here before this site collects anything or any Match & Wed product launches. Until then there is nothing collected about you to enquire about, correct or erase.
